DIY Statement Necklace | Starfish Necklace

I love the look of jewelry with Sea related items such as sea horses and starfish. There is a magical beauty to these creatures of the sea that makes pieces imitating them so alluring.
I wanted to capture some of this beauty with this DIY Statement Necklace using a feature Crystal starfish as the eye catcher.

    Such a pretty necklace displayed above I must say. I love DIY statement necklace. Though, I often wear beaded necklace and newbridge silverware necklace which I have purchased from http://www.kilkennyshop.com/newbridge/jewellery/silver-collection.html, but I love to do experiments with colorful beads and threads as well. I am going to create a DIY beaded necklace this month and I am definitely going to implement the idea mentioned above.
