Lately I have been stepping out of bland colors by combining different hues of color to see how they work together. Today's fashion inspiration board is a fresh combination of the colors yellow and mint. I marvel when I come across design that is unique or innovative. Today I came across this amazing bubble cocoon and I just could not stop looking at it. This unique personal space puts a new spin on life in a bubble. It is like a personal retreat in which you can observe the world around you in your own space. I know... who really needs a bubble cocoon? I am not sure but it is visually stimulating.

Bright colors can lift your spirits so when I placed my peepers on the signature pattern of the tableware of Mary Gallimore Studios I felt happy. The pattern of her designs are intriguing like a puzzle and very modern. I can see them brightening up any entertaining opportunity.

Ombre is a trend that is really happening now. I have seen this look on finger nails, hair and now I have seen it in tights. The Esty shop Xsilk  is ready to dress your legs in Ombre. They have a variety of colors of tights and carry other Ombre items as well.

I am becoming more attracted to the color blue in Fashion styling. My home is made up of warm tones and overall I am always drawn to those colors. However I am beginning to open up to cool colors such as sapphire and electric blue. You can bring these colors in through effective small doses such as in you accessories. Mixing pastels with a neutral color such as beige or a blush color yields beautiful results. If you are not afraid to try this look and step out of your comfort zone you may like it.
