Valentine's Day is closely upon us and many people are looking for something sweet to do for someone else. I have an idea,what is sweeter than a delicious cupcake? Baking a simple batch of cupcakes then decorating them with chic and personalized DIY inserts will indulge one or a few special friends or loved ones.
